Let's play!

Serve while you serve.
If you’re serving, hit the ball underhand and below your waist to your opponent diagonally across the net. If you want to give yourself extra points for looking gorgeous while you do it, that's up to you.
Be a Winner.
Pickleball typically uses a rally scoring system, which means a point can be scored by either the serving or receiving team and has nothing to do with scoring at a rally. To be honest, I don't play this way, so you can decide. Games are usually played to 11 points and to win, a team must win by at least two points.
Pointless.
You or your opponent loses a point if they fail to clear the net on a serve, serve or return the ball out of bounds, let the ball bounce twice on their side before returning it or volley (hit the ball in the air) while standing in the "kitchen" unless the ball has bounced first.
What’s in the Kitchen?
The kitchen is a non-volley zone and extends 7 feet from the net on both sides of the court (look for the lines!). Players cannot hit the ball in the air (volley) while standing inside the kitchen unless the ball has bounced first.
