Celeste Sol is named after its founder’s grandmother, who owned her own jewelry store in Puerto Rico 65 years ago. With the brand, Tiffany Joachim, a first-generation American, hopes to modernize the family business while honoring the same culture and community it originally served.

The company accomplishes this by creating bilingual content, ensuring Latino/a representation in its branding, and donating a percentage of annual sales to charities that share in its mission of empowering women of color, such as An Angel Watching Over Me Foundation, The WOW Center, The Loveland Foundation, and Hogar Nueva Mujer.
