I had to change my shipping address, but they worked well with me to solve the problem.
I ordered 2 posters and one was damaged. Once I spoke with a customer service associate, the replacement process appeared smooth and simple. I have not yet received the new poster but I am sure it will be within the next several days.
I love it and so do my students at school in Waterville. Maine!!
