This book came to me in my Ellen box. It helped me see ordinary circumstances in a different light, and how to really listen and talk to someone making that person feel valued. As a damn near 60 year old retired teacher, you would think I would have known these simple “instructions “ long ago. I have purchased 2 more of these books for friends.
