To Return or Exchange Merchandise

In order to expedite the return process, please follow these instructions and enclose this Return Form in the package being returned.

  1. Items purchased from are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase. You will have up to 60 days after items have been purchased to exchange for anything else on the website.
  2. Please circle the items on the reverse side of this form (your packing slip) that you are returning. This will allow us to verify all of the items circled were received by us in the package.
  3. Please check the appropriate box below for the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or exchange.
  4. For domestic exchanges, please note on the packing slip the desired size next to the item you circled and are returning to us. If wanting to exchange for different item indicate the item with size/color you want next to the item you circled.
  5. Carefully and securely repackage your item(s) in the original packaging. Enclose all instructions and warranties.
  6. Repack your return in a sturdy shipping package. Enclose your return form.
  7. Insure your package and return it to the Ellen Degeneres Show: Returns Dept.

We recommend you purchase tracking services from your selected carrier. Save the receipt for your records.

International Exchanges

  1. For International exchanges, please place a new order online. Upon receipt of the item you returned to us, we will issue a refund via the original method of payment.

Not following the instructions above may delay the refund process. Please note:

  • Allow 10 business days from the date you send your package for your return to be processed.
  • Refunds can only be issued to the original method of payment.
  • You will not be refunded for items not received by our warehouse.
  • Original shipping, handling and return postage charges will not be refunded.

Broken or Damaged Upon Arrival/Received Wrong Item

Please check your order carefully upon receipt. If any item is broken or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, contact or customer service department immediately. Please do not return broken or damaged merchandise until you have spoken to our customer service department at 1-844-266-0644. Thank you.

Refunds are processed within 7-10 days of being received at our warehouse. Please note that the processing time for exchanges is approximately 2 weeks from the date you send your package.
