Nice Canvas Bag

Very Unhappy

I have written to Ellen Shop and received NO response. This was supposed to have been a FREE bag with my purchase of over $50.00 and I got my receipt later and ended up paying for the bag. I am NOT happy and they have BAD customer service. I would be wary of purchasing from this shop.....
