The mag warmer is great - 5 stars I love the way it turns on and off when I take the mug off or place it back on. (Just make sure you don’t have something laying across it later, because it will heat it up. After accidentally doing this I now use a smart plug to turn it off when not in use, wish it had an on/off switch.) Tea towel - very cute, but not absorbent, may improve with washing Tea - fine, nothing exceptional Spoon - teeny Coffee - bland, I prefer a darker roast. I can’t fairly judge this so it’s not part of the 4 star rating. Cookies - dry, flavorless, and with a coupon that expired in April 2022 (I got them in 12/22.) I liked the mug warmer and mug and lid so much that I ordered the set again, but wasn’t thrilled with the other items. That’s why I took off a star. They were meh but not terrible.

I received my package and everything was great except the heating unit for the cup it was broken. I wrote back to let them know the heating unit was broken but I have not received a response as of yet
