United StatesGave Up on Ellen Kits
I’ve always loved Ellen’s products, but the two Fall Kits I ordered for Granddaughters arrived in a thin plastic bag, totally crushed. I sent a photo and said the kits needed to be shipped in a box because they were paper products. Ellen shipped me 2 replacement kits—crushed again because they were shipped in another plastic bag! I let the company know, and sent photos of the second shipment. No word from them again. I put the 4 kits in my Little Free Library. They were useable but not giftable.
