refund for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items.
Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All Sales on Undergarments and Books are Final, except in the case of defective merchandise where you should contact customer service. For international exchanges (any order shipped outside of the USA), please place a new order online. Upon receipt of the item(s) you returned to us, we will issue a refund via the original method of payment. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping/duty costs associated to
return the order for a refund. We recommend you purchase tracking services and insurance from your selected carrier on all returns/exchanges.
Place your items and completed Return/Exchange Form in a secure package removing or covering any previously used labels. Refunds are processed within 3-5 days of being received at our warehouse, but can take up
to 7 days for your bank to release the funds back to you. Please note that the processing time for exchanges is approximately 2 weeks from the date you send your package. A Return and Exchange Form is included with
every package, but if you are unable to locate it, please click here to download a new one.
