I gave this yoga mat to a friend of mine for her birthday! She and I both adore Ellen and she loves yoga so it was perfect!

I have been practicing yoga for over ten years on a basic (purple) mat, but recently my lnees have been screaming for more support and comfort. This ellen mat is thick and plush and so comfortable. My feet and especially my knees are so much happier. The mat is also very attractive, in a calming, soft gray sort of way. And seeing ellen's "laugh, dance, stretch" written in cheery yellow brings a smile every time I begin my practice. Great product. Great value.
